What's Actually Included

Every task, spelled out — no vague line items.

Each package is built from these four service components. Here's exactly what our certified technicians do at every visit.

Pool Opening

  • Safety/tarp cover removal, cleaning, and storage
  • Structural inspection of pool/spa shell with findings reported
  • Full equipment reassembly: pump, filter, heater, sanitizer feeder
  • Filter media inspection — sand, cartridge, or D.E. cleaned/replaced
  • Breaker panel & control system inspection, circulation startup
  • Two-pass vacuuming plus waterline tile scrubbing and wall brushing
  • On-site water analysis and full chemical balancing
  • Emailed Pool Opening Report with findings and recommendations

Maintenance Visit

  • Full water testing and balancing to NSPF/APSP standards every visit
  • Skimmer, strainer basket, and suction port cleaning
  • Electric PowerVac vacuuming and wall/tile brushing as needed
  • Filter backwash or cartridge wash to maintain peak filtration
  • Premium commercial-grade chemicals always supplied by us
  • Pump, heater, and pool cleaner safety/function checks
  • Photo + written report emailed after every single visit

Fall Winterization

  • Drain to 6–18" below the waterline tile for the season
  • Full evacuation of water from lines, pump, filter, heater, and generator
  • Antifreeze and Gizmo expansion devices installed in skimmers
  • Winterizing plugs installed in all return lines
  • Stabilizing chemicals plus winter algaecide and shock treatment
  • Winter cover installation where applicable
  • Emailed Winterization Report with next-season recommendations

Winter Watch Service

  • Verify water sits at the correct winter level — pumped down if too high (critical for mesh-covered or uncovered pools)
  • Cover inspection — pump water off solid covers; patch or replace water bags, anchors, straps, or springs as needed
  • Water balance check with algaecide and floating chemical feeder replenished as spring approaches
  • Confirm main pump, Polaris pump, heater, and filter held up through winterization
  • Visual check for cover/component damage from debris

Reporting you can actually trust

Each time our Certified Pool Operator visits, they email you (and our office) a photo of your pool plus a written report covering current status and every action performed — before any paid extra work is ever authorized.
